A Montessori Preschool for lifelong learners
We’re a Montessori Preschool for Papillion and Lavista families who value a natural learning environment that will help nurture your child’s blooming personality and cultivate a lifelong love of learning.
It is our goal to help develop an independent, self motivated and confident child who embraces a lifelong love for learning. We foster this love for learning by providing an age appropriate, child-sized environment that encourages exploration and the ability to learn at their own pace, ultimately guiding them on their chosen path of success.
Guiding children to success
When children are free to explore in prepared environments, they establish a sense of purpose, process, completion—and success.
The Influence of great teachers can never be erased
Our professional teachers are passionate and truly love helping our students learn at their own pace. They guide students to be independent, self motivated, respectful and confident children. Parents often compliment us on our outstanding teachers for their loving, positive influence on their children. We’re grateful to have such a wonderful group of teachers and families at Curious Child Montessori Preschool.
Notes sent from parents:
“We love CCMP. The teachers are loving, kind-hearted, and great at communicating. Our daughter has explored and developed her interest in science and nature during her time there. I love it so much, I swear- I sometimes consider disguising myself and staying there like a preschooler rather than going to my job like an adult. I wish my daughter could go to schools this amazing FOREVER!” – Kayla S.
The first six years of a child’s life are highly impressionable as they learn to navigate their feelings, social interactions, build confidence, independence and learn problem solving skills.
We believe that starting with a Montessori method of education is a great foundation for success, because it embraces the spirit of the child, values the development of the whole, and nurtures the physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of each child.
“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play is serious learning.” -Mr. Rogers
